"The Oven" at Raven Ridge

An Ancient Stone Mysteries of New England Feature Focus
2

I'm trying something new. I’m assembling new, short video presentations on individual features using footage and photos from my "archives". This is the first Ancient Stone Mysteries of New England - Feature Focus — which is on "The Oven" at Raven Ridge in Monkton, Vermont - a natural stone feature known as an Anticline.

The idea behind this new Ancient Stone Mysteries of New England - Feature Focus is to give you a look at stonework and related subjects in concentrated micro-bursts filled with lingering footage and bits of brief but (hopefully) not stupid related facts and speculation... bite-sized and built for today's attention span!

This new format allows me to mine my many hours of video footage and many hundreds of thousands of images to create new compilations using both seen and previously unseen work.

If there are features you would like me to focus on, please suggest them in the comments. This video is a DIY work by yours truly, Mike Luoma. Everything here is my work, with the exception of the Music - I use Royalty-Free work by Composer and Performer Kevin MacLeod.

Ancient Stone Mysteries is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber.
