With the debut of the full-length “Experiencing…” video covering America’s Stonehenge on YouTube, I can now bring my Newsletter subscribers some tasty extras! The next couple of Raw Footage Videos after this one will be for paid subscribers, as thank yous for support. Before those, I wanted to give all subscribers something cool to enjoy — some uncut stone chamber footage!
Went through the Oracle Chamber a few times after the main group wandered on. Although I was attending the NEARA Fall Conference, I wasn’t staying at the hotel, and so could use the time planners had allowed for checking in to extend my Field Trip, just a little.
It never hurts to get lots of footage of a feature you want to… er… feature in a video. You want to be sure you’ve covered all the parts you want to cover, with good back-up footage. That was certainly part of the reason why I went through the Oracle Chamber, recording, a few times. I also wanted to be able to take another look at the chamber later, on my own time. But, also? It was kind of like I was trying to capture it, to take it home with me. If that makes any sense.
So, there are a few walk throughs in this footage. Nothing edited nor cut, the pieces run back to back with only fade ins and fade outs added.
All DIY as per usual, save for the music, again by Kevin MacLeod. Credits follow.
